Welcome to episode #116.  100 years ago this week the Tzar abdicated.  We discuss this as well as the 1915 STAMP "COINS" or Stamp Money and why it was issued (spoiler - because they didnt want to use their silver and gold) (8 minute marker).  We also discuss other stuff including stamp albums.
